Measuring 35" x 72", the ROMWOD Mat is made up of a .95" thick high performance athletic foam for maximum shock absorption and a durable, anti-microbial vinyl grippy surface providing stable footing for any workout. Using two layers of multi-density closed-cell, cross-linked foam that won't break down from repeated usage - and provides comfort beyond any yoga mat.

Love the mat - feels very durable and appears to be made very well, time will tell. Much more cushion than other yoga mats I’ve seen and nice large size (I’m 6’ - 180). I would have preferred the mat with the position lines over the Swole and Flexy slogan - but alas, they were sold out. My wife said she’ll happily steal the Swole and Flexy mat from me once the other mat is back in stock!

If you're performing your ROMWOD workouts on carpet, this mat may not be needed but it'll be a nice thing to have. If you're on hardwood, tile, or concrete, you WILL need this mat. It's nice and thick and doesn't slip. You can find cheaper mats on Amazon but I couldn't find one that is this large. It's segmented which allows it to roll up nicely. The only thing I might change would be for smaller segments on the mat so that it could roll up even tighter.
